Heather Nova Contest..play live with Heather this autumn
Would you like to play live on stage with Heather Nova?
Now is your chance.
We are holding a competition - At each show on Heather’s upcoming European tour, a fan will have the opportunity to get up onstage and accompany Heather on one of her songs.
All you have to do is video yourself playing your instrument along to Heather's classic song 'Paper Cup'. Be sure to make the most of that solo!
Post the video on youtube under the title “heather nova paper cup contest” along with your email address and a note saying which town/concert you will be attending.
Heather will choose the best musicians and the lucky winners will attend soundcheck and perform the song with Heather during the gig.

Heather Nova es un grupo muy influenciado por Neil Young y cuentan en su repertorio con algunas versiones de nuestro músico preferido, así que no les iría mal una persona experta en la música del Tío Neil, creo.

Yo soy fan de Heather Nova desde 1998 y creo que es una cantautora fantástica. Tiene 9 Discos publicados y cada uno de ellos suena diferente aunque mantengan su sello personal. Ha hecho versiones de Neil Young, pero tambien de los Beatles, Bee Gees, Clash,... y ha colaborado con gente tan distinta como Benjamin Biolay, Eskobar (no el Manolo...)y ATB (Dj y productor aleman).
Definitivamente voy a ir a verla el próximo 6 de Noviembre a Londres ("Union Chapel") y espero poder aplaudir a un latino que sea capaz de subirse con ella a tocar esa canción.
