A los nuevos en esta Playa les diré que Chrome Dreams, desde la Prehistoria hasta que llegó el fantástico Chrome Dreams II a  la discografía oficial, ha sido un boot antológico de Neil Young. Han circulado cuatro versiones: Blanco, Negro, Resmasterizado y Edición Rust, siguiendo el orden cronológico.

This album never made it to release. Many tracks were released on other albums, some were not. This album features the black "Blowjob" cover.

Si hacemos caso al trader, se trata de un disco “Made in Italy” en el que el grueso de los temas son de estudio y en directo, grabados entre 1974 y 1976 excepto Homefires (Cleevelans, 1992-05-17) y Ride My Llama (San Francisco, 1978-05-27).

Por la información que tengo, son las mismas 12 pistas que su hermano mayor al que se le puesto una versión alternativa de LAH que es un atronador rodillo y tres bonus finales que mejoran el pastel claramente.

Buen sonido y una pieza que no puede faltar en tu colección. Algo que tenemos que agradecer al amigo Mr. Beeze, al que la Providencia guarde muchos años.

Santa Barbara at the newly restored Lobero Theater, a small and exclusive theater. The crowd was
quiet, yet appreciative. At least from the banter, the crowd was comprised of many of his family
and friends.

En Diciembre de 1992 Neil hizo un primer intento de grabación de su "Unplugged". Descontento con los resultados, lo desechó y volvió dos meses después para, esta vez sí, grabar el que todos conocemos, aunque algunos temas fueron descartados de la edición final.
