This is Neil Young´s first and, up to now, only gig at Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It´s night two of the Hot Festival held at Buenos Aires Campo de Polo where Neil Young & Crazy Horse headlined this gig with Oasis as opening band. According to REM´s Mike Mills, who had played the night before, this was one of the best shows he has ever seen, so i don´t need to tell you anything about that evening. Except for two soundboard tracks, this is somewhat a rare tape of that show since a proper bootleg of that gig has become unavailable after years of research.
So we thank MiguelBoss for recording that gig with his Aiwa walkman but we must warn you: unfortunately, the show is incomplete and there is massive crowd chanting. But overall, it doesn´t really spoil a superb performance by the legendary band playing for the first and sole time in Argentina in their sole South American tour.
Thank you for sharing.
